The PhMuseum Photobook Award 2025 offers photographers the chance to transform a body of work into a professionally published book. Open to all, the award celebrates strong visual storytelling with no restrictions on theme or location. The winning photographer will collaborate with PhMuseum's team to publish a photobook and receive 50 copies, plus a share of royalties. A special mention winner will receive an €800 voucher from MPB, and up to 30 shortlisted entries will be exhibited at Photobook Mania 2025 in Bologna, Italy. Submissions are open until 26 June. This open call asks for images that explore the many meanings of home. Home can be a place, a person, a community, or a feeling. The gallery welcomes all kinds of interpretations and encourages artists to share what home means to them. Photographers may submit up to eight images to be considered. If chosen, a fee of £48 covers printing, framing, and installation costs. Selected works will be shown in the gallery and included in an online exhibition. INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA ART FESTIVAL 2025

The International Photography and Media Art Festival 2025 (IPMA 2025) invites artists to submit works exploring the theme "Ideas. Creative and Destructive." This open call encourages submissions that reflect on how ideas shape and influence our world, both positively and negatively. The festival will take place in October 2025 across Kaunas and Vilnius, Lithuania. Selected projects will be exhibited professionally and included in the official festival catalog. Additionally, four projects will receive €500 grants to support their artistic production and visibility. Participants can submit multiple projects, with an entry fee of €20 per project (€10 for students). Praxis Gallery invites photographers worldwide to submit work for the "The Shadow Aspect 2025" exhibition. This open call seeks images that explore the multifaceted concept of shadows-be it as pure visual form, cultural symbolism, or psychological metaphor. The gallery welcomes diverse interpretations, encouraging artists to reflect on what shadows mean to them. Photographers can submit up to five images for a fee of $35, with an additional $5 per image for up to ten total.
